Quality assurance and food safety department at Sana Foods offers training to managers and section heads.

Sana Foods Food Industries S.A.E’s Quality Assurance and Food Safety Department held a series of training seminars for the company’s managers of production departments, organized by the Head of the Quality and Food Safety Sector.

The seminars focused on the fundamentals of “food quality – food safety – commercial fraud and food spoilage – defending food security and safety”.

In addition to putting into account the essential precautions to ensure that high-quality, safe-for-use products are available to all consumers.

The sessions came to an end with written and practical reviews to the participants to ensure their understanding of the principles and fundamentals of food quality and safety.
